Procurement
One World Ventures may manage and coordinate procurement activities on behalf of its subsidiary companies, sourcing the goods, materials, vehicles, parts, services and operational supplies they require, identifying suitable suppliers, obtaining quotations, comparing pricing and terms, and negotiating commercial arrangements aligned with their operational needs.
It supports supplier selection and relationship management by evaluating supplier reliability, pricing, delivery performance, product quality, compliance standards and overall value. It prepares and issues purchase orders, coordinates supplier payments with finance teams, tracks order progress, follows up on outstanding deliveries, and confirms goods and services are received in accordance with agreed specifications. By monitoring market pricing, supplier availability, exchange-rate considerations, lead times and procurement risks, and by centralizing procurement, it helps improve buying power, reduce duplication, manage costs and maintain continuity of supply across the group.
